How long is hornsea beach

You get inconsiderate people everywhere unfortunately. Shops on Promenade for ice creams, fish and chips etc and a short walk into town. Once visited you will return again and again. Dont bother taking your dog or family. The beaches are so over run by rude anti-social sea fisherman that you will be lucky to get near the sea. There is plenty of parking available in Hornsea, close to the beach.

There are also toilets, shops and places to eat. Beyond the town is Hornsea Mere, one of the largest lakes in Yorkshire. It is a popular place for bird watchers and is the base for the Hornsea Sailing Club.
