RBGs are way more of a headache than they are worth mainly because of the group finding mechanic and dealing with people like you see in this thread. Blizzard needs to either add filters for CR like they have for iLVL in the current LFG menu, or implement a solo queue system that does everything for you when you hit join battle. The current match making system is trash and outdated compared to other games, anybody arguing against this is probably scared that something they are exploiting will get caught in a hotfix.
