As part of our registration process we do require that at least one parent per family choose a volunteer role because AYSO is an all-volunteer run organization. Options of volunteer roles include coach, referee, field striping and several other volunteer roles that help our program run.

Each year we are typically in need of referees and always can use more help at the board level. The AYSO Extra program is an optional program for kids in 2nd grade and older who are registered in our Core program and want more soccer in addition to their parent-coached team in Core.

Players play on their parent-coached Core team and their professionally-coached Extra team. Playing on an Extra team means your child will have one weekly practice and one weekly game in addition to their weekly practice and game with their parent-coached Coach team. Families of players interested in playing on an Extra team should register now for our Core program as a first step. Step 2 is to attend a player assessment.

If you are over the age of 18, check out our adult programs. If we schedule an evaluation date, we will announce it. We will not accommodate any requests to be placed on specific teams or with specific players. A complete uniform will be supplied.
